Specialised laboratory and functional tests, can allow us to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and as a result reduce the guess work, increase motivation, create a more targeted protocol, and fast-track results.
I have completed additional training on specific tests and therefore I have access to a wide range of laboratory and state of the art functional tests.

The most used tests:
Hormone test
This is a urine test taken at home and it provides a comprehensive view of your hormone profile and their metabolites, allowing us to understand not only the level of your hormones (e.g. Cortisol, DHEA, Testosterone, Progesterone & Oestrogen), neurotransmitters (e.g. Dopamine, Nor-adrenaline, Melatonin), and key nutrients (e.g. B12, B6, Glutathione) but also how they work.

Gut Health Test
Blood Screening
Depending on your symptoms your blood test panel will include key markers for inflammation, blood sugar control, liver and kidney health, active nutrients, a full blood count etc. Blood tests can be done at a local clinic, or we can arrange for a phlebotomy nurse to visit you at home.

Genetic (or DNA) Testing
This is a saliva test, and it reports on gene variants (also called SNP’s - Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms) in key biological processes that might affect your health, wellbeing, and the functioning of your body.
