Hi, I am Angela.
A Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutrigenomics Specialist.
I support women and men who feel ‘not themselves’ to uncover the root causes behind ongoing symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, low mood, poor sleep, digestive issues, stubborn weight gain and hormone related concerns.
Many of the people I work with are doing ‘all the right things’ yet still struggle with low energy, cravings, weight gain around the middle, blood sugar imbalances, rising cholesterol or concerns about their long-term heart health.
Others feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their body’s signals, or confused by conflicting nutrition advice.
My approach is especially suited to those who want to be proactive, addressing early warning signs before they become long term health conditions.
My work is rooted in Functional Medicine: rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, we connect the dots between nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, gut health, inflammation and cardiometabolic health: including blood sugar balance, insulin resistance, metabolic health and cardiovascular risk.
Together, we create a truly personalised plan using nutrition, lifestyle strategies and, where appropriate, functional and genetic testing, to support sustainable improvements in energy, mental clarity, mood, digestion, body composition and long-term resilience.
While I have a particular interest and extensive experience in women’s health - including perimenopause, menopause and hormonal transitions - I also work with women and men who want to optimise metabolic health, energy, performance and heart health through a root cause, preventative approach.
I’m based in Farnham, Surrey, and offer both online and face-to-face consultations. I also travel to London regularly for client meetings.
If you’re ready for a supportive, science-led approach that looks beyond symptom management and helps you take control of your health, I would love to help.
“Angela has been following me since last summer. I felt a bit like a "desperate case" when I contacted her, as I did not seem to be able to get better despite following the doctors' advices. And guess what: after a few months being followed by Angela I feel so much better! Her knowledge is really impressive, and what I really appreciate is that she has been able to help me without asking me to completely change my habits, which would have been difficult. She is always available and happy to spend time explaining everything, which is very important for me. I have learned a lot from her. I warmly recommend Angela if you want to understand how to improve your eating habits and your health. Thank you Angela"

“The support and guidance that I had throughout was phenomenal. From the outset I felt I could be honest about anything I found difficult and Angela explained options and worked to help me understand the science. I loved the diagrams and flowcharts that Angela worked through to help me understanding given scenarios.
Angela went over and beyond when I had some unexpected health issues part way through by working with me to adjust the things I was eating and doing, researching what foods and supplements would be good given the symptoms and diagnosis. I couldn’t have asked for more"
